so lyke im back guise i went to the gym yesterday and it made me think of this blog.

So, my current weight is 166 which is like 11lbs less than the last time I posted my weight on this blog. I haven’t exercised in months so I’m going to count this as a victory-ish. Probably could have toned up/lost more weight if I worked out consistently.
I haven't posted on here in foreverrrr.
But, I’ve lost a significant amount of weight. I feel like…I’ll post how much later today. :)

MY MOTIVATION OMG. I’m teetering between 177 and 178. I swear if I gain weight, I’m going to be so sad.
Ugh, guysss. I was so bad today.
My teacher put queso and chips out and I literally could not resist. Before eating those chips I hadn’t had chips in over 40 days. Back to square one.
Lost like 3lbsss woot woot. down to 177. 2 more lbs til my first goal weight! yay! :) Today, I visited another campus so I walked around fairly a lot. Breakfast, I had a cup of soy milk. Lunch, small bowl of rice with spicy chicken stuff and a lot of water. Dinner, spinich salad with onions, tomatoes, cheese, corn, and mushrooms. With some red potatoes and soy milk. Then, I jogged for 40...
So, I weighed myself today and I’m like 176 or 177. I’m so scared that it’s like a mistake or something because yesterday I was definitely 179 or 180 and I don’t think I worked out a lot yesterday.
4/12/12 & 4/13/12
Yesterday, I jogged and walked for 90 minutes and burned 300 calories. Today, I visited a potential college I might go to and I basically walked all day then later I ran for 30 minutes and played some soccer. Also, all I’ve eaten is salad today so I’m pretty proud of myself. :)
God, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I cannot get past 180 lbs. :c I guess I should intensify my work out?
Yesterday, I only walked for an hour. :c
Had a banana & orange smoothie for breakfast today then for lunch I had a 90 calorie bar with grapes and another banana. Then as a snack, I ate some lean to go cereal. Dinner was really yummy. Ate this chicken caper lemon meal with green beans and brown rice. I had a small plate. Also, drank like 2 glasses of soy milk.
4/10/12 - Diet
Breakfast: Strawberries Coffee with Cream Lunch: Protein bar Grapes Oranges Snack: Mango Pineapple Banana Smoothie Dinner: Small portion of Pasta Meat-sauce thing Soy milk Carrots with hummus. Hopefully, this will curve me over for today because I sort of feel like I ate too much today. Gonna work out in a twenty minutes because I want to let my food digest.
So, I’ve been gone for like 4 daysish. Went to my cousin’s beach house for Easter and yeah and I was spending time with the family so not much time to go on tumblr. I managed to go for a short jog on saturday and I mean I walked everywhere up there so. I’m sure I sort of exercised. I’m sick though. Anyway, I’m back! Back to my diet and work outs.
Day 4 - 4/5/12
Woke up and my friend kidnapped me for lunch so my breakfast was my lunch. Went to Noodles & Company and I actually don’t really like the food there for some reason. I just feel like I could have bought something tastier and healthier for less money. Sigh. Diet & Fitness listy thing under read more. Jogged/Walked for 70 minutes and according to the treadmill burned 325 calories. Yay? :)
Dinner: Piece of wheat toast with peanut butter & a bowl of mixed berries.
